Co-Founder & Family Law Attorney

KateLyn Price is a family law attorney who represents individuals and families throughout Idaho in complex divorce, custody, support, adoption, and property division matters. She is known for combining preparation with practical strategy, helping clients navigate emotionally charged litigation while keeping the focus on achieving lasting results.

KateLyn earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. She was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2019 and has devoted her practice exclusively to litigation, with an emphasis on family law and domestic relations. She is licensed to practice in Idaho and is admitted before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

KateLyn regularly handles high-conflict custody disputes, relocation cases, domestic violence protection matters, child support, complex property division, contempt proceedings, modifications, guardianships, and stepparent adoptions in Idaho's magistrate courts. She is equally comfortable negotiating favorable settlements, conducting evidentiary hearings, or trying difficult cases before Idaho’s district courts.

Before co-founding Pica Price, PLLC, KateLyn practiced with respected Idaho litigation firms, where she developed substantial courtroom experience representing clients in contested matters. Today, she continues to build a practice focused on strategic advocacy, thoughtful negotiation, and effective trial representation across the Treasure Valley and throughout Idaho.

Outside the courtroom, KateLyn enjoys spending time with her husband and children exploring everything Idaho has to offer. Whether hiking mountain trails, casting a line on a quiet lake, or escaping to the mountains for a weekend with family, she values the outdoors and the sense of perspective it provides.
